It’s rare that we see such a clear and concise illustration of a company’s content strategy. Like good service at a restaurant, it just happens. It’s meant to be invisible to the user so it’s sometimes difficult to answer the question I get all the time: “Who has a great content strategy in place?”
And so it is with a great deal of excitement that I watched this clip Tom forwarded this morning. Not only does it cover so many of the best practices in developing a comprehensive content strategy, but it does so by practicing what it preaches! It’s visual, concise and compelling–and ultimately, share-worthy!
